Mirrored Ski Goggles
Is there anything better than the freedom you feel skiing? Of course, that is if you have the right gear. It can be dangerous to hit the slopes if you’re squinting too much from the glare. That’s why you’ll find that the top brands use mirrored ski goggles.
Silver mirrored ski goggles are the classic choice, but there is now a wide range of colours to choose from.
We offer exceptional quality. We’ve kept our range small so that we could focus on creating the perfect ski goggles mirrored or not. We’ve packed our product full of features that you’ll need on the slopes.
How to Find Your Perfect Set
Let’s go through some things to consider before you buy another set of goggles.
The Lens Shape
Manufacturers curve lenses in one of two ways:
- Cylindrical: Many options on the market fit into this category because it's less pricey. The lens curves horizontally so that it fits the contours of the face better to provide proper protection against the elements at the cost of some peripheral vision.
- Spherical: These offer the same horizontal curves, but the surface also curves on the vertical line. This vertical curve makes it slightly more bulbous, which, in turn, allows a better field of view.
Anti-Fogging
Having your glasses fog up on you is frustrating. That’s why manufacturers work so hard on anti-fogging measures. These include:
- Double-layered lenses: The reason that your lenses fog is simple. The cold air outside hits the surface of the glass warmed by your breath. The solution is to use two lenses, separated by a gap. That way, the warm air is stopped at the inner surface and never goes further.
- Anti-fog Coating: This is a coating designed to keep the lenses clear. You can also get an anti-fogging medium, but you have to reapply it regularly, so it's not as convenient.
- Vents: Vents perform a dual function. They make it possible for the hot air to vent out, which helps to equalise the temperature a bit and helps you feel more comfortable.
The Colour of the Lens
It's not just the UV coating that's protecting your eyes. The colour of the lens helps to determine how much visible light gets through it. The darker the glass, the less light can make it through.
Choosing the right colour for the conditions you're skiing in is essential. In bad weather, you'll want clearer, and so lighter lenses. In sunny conditions, you'll find that darker shades suit you better.
Here’s a quick colour guide for you:

Clear lenses have a place too. They're great for twilight conditions or use at night.
Other Things to Keep in Mind
UV Protection
UV rays can damage your eyesight. Using cheap glasses without sufficient protection can make matters worse. Why? Because cheap tinted lenses cut out light, and your eyes open wider to see better. That, in turn, allows more UV rays to enter.
A UV400-rated set of lenses protects against both harmful UVA and UVB radiation.
Polarisation
Polarised lenses have a laminated layer that only allows light through at certain angles. Light shining down vertically should be allowed through. The light coming in horizontally, like reflected light, is stopped.
Photochromatic
Photochromatic lenses change colour in different light conditions. The tint will darken if it's very bright outside and lighten in darker conditions. This variability ensures that you always get the best possible visibility, no matter what the weather.
Mirrored
We make mirrored lenses using a special reflective coating. This coating can reduce the amount of light getting through by up to 60 percent.
Interchangeable
It’s not essential to have several different lenses, but it can make life easier. Ensure that lenses are easy to change – you might need to do so in the field.
The Fit
Without a good fit, a pair of goggles are useless. If they're too big, they let too much light in around the edges. If they're too small, they're uncomfortable to wear. Choose a model with a plush foam lining for maximum comfort.

We've created a simple unisex design that looks great on men and women. Our goal was to create a contemporary and functional set of goggles at a low price. And we think that we nailed it. You get a designer set of lenses at prices that anyone can afford.
